Anthony Dawson contacted me from pof then requested to speak via email as he didn't use the site very often said he lived in Manchester but had to go to Malaysia on business as was drilling for oil. He said he was 56 a widow and his wife had died 5 years ago and he had a 21 year old son studying in Paris.

He surposedly flew out to Kuala lumpa on the 18th DEC and would be out of the UK for Christmas but back for the new year. Emailed everyday and a couple of phone calls. His accent sounded European as he said he originated from Finland.

The first red flag was just after Christmas when he said his bank account had been frozen due to fraud but never asked for money then 2 days ago emailed to say that due to his bank account being frozen he did not have enough money to pay his hotel bill and could I lend him £750 which he would pay back when he retuned to the UK.

I have no intention of giving him money and advised him to go to the British embassy in Malaysia for them to contact his bank for him. I have had no more emails of him since. Don't think I will be hearing off him again lol.
