Don't believe him. It's a scam. They pretend to be a different kind of oil rig engineer, mariner and so on. Don't fall on his request/demand.

I was a victim of it but his name is Wilson Gary, said he is divorced with two sons and want to get out of the ship but cannot until he gets money to pay for the accident that happened under his care on the ship
