Met on Facebook. Said he was a senior engineer on an oil rig in Louisiana. Lives in California but originally from Germany. Has two children, Laura 17 in school in the UK, and Jude living with deceased wifes family in Germany. Fell in love quickly...chatted on Facebook for awhile then switched to Gmail hangouts...very loving and good at writing beautiful words but also broken conversational skills.

Chatted regularly 3 or 4 times a day then had big machine breakdown on oil rig and needed money to repair so he could get paid and get off of the rig. I was very hooked into him but thank the Lord I did NOT send any money. When he finally got it that he was not going to get any money from me....the chat began to dwindle and then abruptly ended when he blocked me on hangouts.

I know that he is still operating on Facebook on a mobile account and still on Gmail. I have done a photo search on Google and also on TinEye....lots of various profiles dating back to 2012 using these same pictures...WOW WOW

A profile with this exact picture commented on a Facebook page’s post in response to a comment i made a year ago with the standard copy paste they use to initiate a friend request - a reverse image search led here.

Currently he’s using the name David Miller, again claiming to be from Germany and he has several pictures on his profile - I bet they are all stolen!

So sick of these people!

He recently requested to be friends on Facebook, and for a lark I accepted. Supposedly he was a marine engineer on a Maersk ship, a widower from Hamburg, NY, with a 14 year old daughter. He was charming in his messages but has poor language skills. He fell in love with me by day four of messaging. LOL!

I was immediately suspicious for lots of reasons, he never paid any attention to things that were important to me just kept telling me how much he prayed to find his soul mate and here I was. On day seven he told me the ship had been boarded by sea pirates, seriously?

Said he lost all his $ and needed $ to renew his internet connection so we could continue to talk. He asked for $3000 in Google Play cards! Needless to say I did not give him any money then wrote him a scathing note about what a scam artist he was.

He came back playing the hurt puppy dog and at day 14, still declaring his undying love, he asked me for $ again. I said no and told him not to ask again. He is still contacting me but i haven’t answered.

He was also going by the name Bruce Morgan Anthony. Oil rig machine breakage. Son in boarding school In Connecticut. Son is Ray Anthony, but it's the same guy. Daughter and wife died. He posts all over the world, with different pictures.

Begs for money!!! Then gets very angry and aggressive when you deny him. He will never provide a picture of himself at a current conversation. All photos are of the persons past.

He is a smooth talker, but you will surely notice there is broken language phrases.

A total scumbag!!!

I'm talking right now to someone using this man's pics. He sent me a Facebook friend request and I recognized him for what he was immediately, because his FB page has only 3 photos and no information or other posts. It also lists a birthdate in 2000, whereas he says he's 55.

So I am just playing around and having fun, seeing how weird I can be without getting a reaction. The answer is pretty weird! I've been flying into jealous rages when he "leaves me" for a few hours, presumably to sleep; started planning our wedding on day 3 of chatting, etc. I plan to ask him for money soon and see where that goes. =D

The identity he's using is Francis Jaxon, age 55, an engineer on an offshore rig in the North Atlantic between England and Denmark. Supposedly from Miami originally. Parents died when he was "tender" - because that's how American men talk, lmao! He was adopted by family friends who had one daughter, and when he grew up he married her.

I let him know in no uncertain terms how disgusting it is to marry your sister, because basically that's what he's saying. They were raised as siblings by the same parents and then they married. EW. He might think twice before using that backstory again. Anyway, sister-wife died tragically in an accident. He has one son, Alex, in Arkansas. First he said Alex was living with his teacher, then he must have consulted a translator because he corrected himself to, "I mean he is in boarding school".

He knew I was the woman of his dreams and he wanted to marry me after about 18 hours. He hasn't gotten around to asking me for money yet, so I may beat him to the punch. He has mentioned several times that he wants to come and visit me and I have to email his company to request leave for him. I'm sure that's where the money pitch will come in.

I do want to clarify that these scammers never use their own photos. They tend to target middle-aged to older women who they see as lonely, desperate for love, and vulnerable. So of course they use photos of attractive middle-aged men. The man in the photos is probably just as nice as he looks, and is just as much a victim of these scammers as the women they target using his pics.

Make sure your anger is directed at the right culprit.

Now he is a Widowed Neurologist from San Francisco who now lives in Ohio. He says his real name is Danny Christopher Gregson. My conversation was short before I figured out he was not real because he was too formal and awkward to be real, or so I thought before I searched this pic!

Also, even after accepting his friend request his profile stayed the same! Meaning short and sweet without any more posts.

He approached me in Penpal a few days ago. There he is Mark, a surgeon overseas working for the military. He insisted to chat via email or Whatsapp, but I told him I would only write through PenPal. Now I put his photo and everybody is writing, he is in many dating sites with different stories. The funny thing is that the photos, although with the different shirt are all taken in the same room.

Do not answer him.

Words with Friends Scammer

Started chat on Words with Friends. He uses Sean Alan on the game. He was so smart he caught my attention so after a couple of weeks went on hangout. Biggest mistake. Says 61 dob 8/25 son Daniel in Boarding School. Wife killed in Mall shootout. Parents killed in a lab explosion in Denmark.

Came to Maine at 18 with a Chinese friend of his family. This guy did his studying. He called me on hangout chat and I realized the accent was Nigerian. No face profile used a Rose. I finally did a face imagine and here we are.

Go on FB and look at Sean Wilson Alan. I text him the info and he admitted he was Nigerian. Asked why the BS he said would I have accepted him as a friend if I knew.

I BLOCKED HIM ON HANGOUT.

I just got an invite from this man on Instagram. He said he’s from Zurich, Switzerland, but on an oil rig in the Indian Ocean at the moment. I’ve dealt with scammers from Nigeria, and know their methods of writing, and stories. This man is a Nigerian scammer!

A guy named Vincent Jose contacted me on facebook last month. He claimed he was a US military Surgeon in Syria. Working for the UN for 27 years. A widower have a 15 years-old son named Andrew.

This scammer has a lot of profile mostly in Instagram named Mark Dowen, Vincent Jose, Wilson Cooper, and Danny Cool.

Thanks god I didn't send any money to these sucker's.
