Cyprus / Turkey / USA / Sweden scam

This one led me to believe I was the one. Goes by the name Williams Jasson. Says he's from Sweden, working in Turkey (Northern Cyprus). Says he has a daughter in USA, is a widower and owns a big business working in renewable energy. Said he was stuck in Turkey and couldn't get back to Northern Cyprus.

After a lot of I love you's and you are my princess etc I transferred money for flights. He even showed me his 'bank account' He continually asked for money for various reasons saying he'd pay me back.

Glad I got wise. Anyone else come across him as I've read the same story multiple times but not sure it's the same man!

My scammer was supposedly named Mark Bateman. Living in America from Oslo Norway. Living in New York actually supposedly. Metallurgical engineer. Had to go to Alaska for some contract suddenly that he want a bid on going down to DC. Then he needed money for a demmorage fee for parts that hasn't shipped quickly enough for turkey and we're adding up everyday.

So we ended up having to fly to Turkey supposedly. Money was sent moving forward on this story quickly to Istanbul and northern Cyprus, Nicosia the Turkish colony part.

I'd like to crack him over the head!!!

Hi just was almost caught by this Jansson Williams. We met on Meeting encounter site and has got a successful business in renewable energy etc, widower, girl studying in Us, after showing me his bank account and his anatomy (:)) and this morning oh transactionning doesn't work I even send request to the bank per chat due to account blocked etc.

He tried to get 7000 dollars from me, and hopefully told him my bank counsellor refused the transaction. I won't get anymore news I guess, be careful girls

Had the exact same as above but he was supposedly from Oslo, Norway. The accent is basically the same when speaking American English. No daughter though.

Unfortunately I was caught out. He got 1000s out of me. Has an accomplice who goes by 'Hassan'. Throws lines about being a big investor but can't get his passport or money out in Turkey and so can't return to the North. Sob story about his wife dying and daughter in America, same.

Had me fooled, called me his princess too, wanted nothing more than to be together.

Says he can't video call. Time to wake up! These scammers will do anything. They're not the person in the picture.

This man is a crook, he asked me for money in Cyprus for 4360 euros and left me a doctor's account, but I realized he was a liar.

Yes, he’s been around for a while! However, I didn’t send him any money and outed him on his IG page for everyone to see and read. I asked him why he was using a stolen identity/image? You cannot imagine how quickly his page was taken down. Needless to say all his followers were women.
