Dont honor your cancellation policy

it is so hard to get out of this contract, even if you send in your cancellation notice they say they never received it and they never answer thier phone. Im stuck with this heavy vacuum because they wouldnt honor my cancellation'

Don't buy from them as they force their way into your home and pressure you into buying thier product.
