Facebook troller named Jeff McLaughlin

Beware of a man calling himself Jeff McLaughlin. He's using the stolen pic of LIEUTENANT GENERAL JOHN L. DOLAN, who retired Oct 1, 2018. He tried to friend me on Facebook, and sent a message through Messenger asking me to accept his friend request. Attempted to ask him if we know one another; it shows he views it but won't answer. SCAMMER!!!! Beware ladies!!
