John Windsoul civil engineer new scammer

My cousin met John Windsoul, a Civil Engineer living in Vancouver, but leaving to work building a bridge in Nigeria. She met him on Plenty of Fish. He sounded like a good match until he asked her for $$.

Then she started digging and found inconsistencies. The area code he gave her for a # was in the Eastern US. He said he lived in Western Canada. She couldn't understand why a well paid engineer would want $ from her. She told him she was only a chamber maid and basically broke.

So she told him to get lost.
