Kirby (SUDS, Inc.) BIG SCAM

Purchased a Kirby from a door to door salesman. Cancelled within 3 days which was totally unreal....

The Company could not be reached by phone, or fax. Numbers were disconnected. Called the finance company on the back of the contract to cancel.

No problem, they cancelled.

Then sent signed cancellation to SUDS Inc. They said it was postmarked a day late. Tried to Fax, did not work. Finance Company would not give out any information. Also, a totally different finance company handled the financing without me even knowing about it.

They set me up with an auto pay. Which I ended up cancelling. Now I am being sued for breach of contract...

What a scam this company is.
