They are predatory and I am starting a class action lawsuit against them. Since they don't answer the calls for returns we have more than enough people to start one. I have contacted the Attorney general and will take legal action. Do not buy this vacuum they charged my daughter 4000 dollars

I am one of the victims of these predators. I paid 2,000.00 for mine and was promised other things to get me to buy it but they did not even show me how to use it. They are dishonest, they lie to you, they take advantage of you and you can get a great vacuum for much less.

If I can be a part of that lawsuit, please count me in. I am yet to find the people that sold me the vacuum.
