They are a total scam. They come to your house and force their way in. They hold you hostage and force you to pay $2500 for a vacuum that is not worth $200. You can buy the same one on eBay for $150.
Kirby company is also a scam.
They stopped making their own vacuum years ago...they buy cleaners from China and market them under the Kirby name...total scam....don't fall for this.
