Logan Emeric oil rig scammer

My 75 year old mother is being scammed by this man but she refuses to listen. His accent is totally not German but Nigerian. Has anyone else been scammed by him?

I am so sorry for you. Finally I was able to get elderly services involved and they took over my mothers finances. Please call your local police and have them come and take a report because on those receipts are the name and addresses of the mules collecting the money. Also speak to the police privately and explain the story. They usually sympathize with you and will tell her she is being scammed and she could get into trouble for sending money. (that is not really true, but she will probably fall for it and not want to get into trouble with the law).

My stepfather who served in the Vietnam war who's benefits she now collects would roll over in his grave if he knew she was sending his money to Nigeria where most of these scammers
are.

Felix Pastor, Oguka Ronet, 76 year old mother

I found a 4 inch stack of western union receipts for money my 76 year old mother sends to a guy called Felix Pastor or Oguka Ronet. He has told her he's a minister with 3 foster kids. When she couldn't send anymore money one month, he told her the little girl died, as one must pay hospitals for medicine.

She cried for weeks thinking it was her fault. My mother won't believe anything we tell her, & lives on $860 a month now. She lost every penny of savings, close to $50,000.

I don't know what to do.

I met Logan playing Words with Friends. I blocked him several times being suspicious of him. He called me and convinced me to unblock him. He actually sent me flowers, and wrote the most romantic poems, calling me his wife. He sent pics of his daughters, then he told me that he saw my name as a winner in this Words With Friends secret sweepstakes.

He even had them email me confirming that I had indeed won 1 million dollars, and all I had to send was $2500, and they would deliver my prize which included a new car as well. The money was to pay the taxes on the prize, unfortunately I sent the money, then they told me that it didn't get through customs, and they needed 5K more.

I told them I didn't have any more, so Logan wanted me to sell my house. I then found this site and confronted him.

He had some lame story about how another person I was talking to was blackmailing him. I told him this other person Had no idea who he was, So I have now blocked him. I appreciate your site, and hope others will check him out before falling for his romance.

Can anyone use your mom's computer and block this guy and report him to the web site. She needs to stop sending money if she has to wait on a retirement check and then she cannot afford this person. Talk to someone in your neighborhood or someone yoi can go out on a real date. Get involved in some senior activities and get her away from the computer all day

I am so happy Jean that you were sensible enough to recognize this was a scam. Unfortunately my mom is still sending this scammer $1,000’s per month and she is negative for a couple of weeks until her next pension/ social security money.

My brother and I have stopped contact with her as she says we are just being negative. It’s horrible for our family right now. We have contacted every authority but until her mortgage is not paid or her lights get shut off there is NOTHING WE CAN DO AND WE ARE REPEATEDLY TOLD BY EVEY ANGENCY,!!

This has to stop. It’s over $40,000 but apparently that a very insignificant figure in the scope of this scam.

Im glad you played the game and caught him. They should all know we are on to their scams as it will make it harder from them. I report them every chance i get to the dating site administrators. Im only one of many that keep on them constantly.

I will not let go of it until our governments of the usa and africa stop this..and create laws to curtail it all

Hello everyone, Thank you all for your support! We set up a fake account and got this loser to take the bait and showed all of the evidence to my mom but she still will not believe us! It was really good to catch this scammer and he knows it too because my niece played the fake woman and he sent her all the same pictures, poems, love letters and how he has waited all his life for this love and they will be together forever...etc...

When finally realized he was caught out, my niece said "what's the matter you dont love me anymore scammer!" And sent him articles on dating scams and one with the actually picture of the guy who's picture he's (their) using!

Stop sending money. People have lost their homes and all their savings and still have no man because he is not only talking to you but a lot of other women.

Be careful how you are sending money overseas because as a US Citizen you could be supporting a Terrisom activity and be lookin at FBI or agency who track this type of business.

Find someone local to talk to and stop supporting this guy and his family and wife and kids.

My scammer was also German. Same story. Few variations. They troll words with friends, facebook, as well as dating sites and Instagram. They look for middle-aged to elderly women because they find them to be the most vulnerable.

Please make her aware of all these comments and posts. There are all these pictures here and also Scamhatersunited has photos, so does Pinterest. The internet is full of information as is Facebook when you type in the search the word "scam".

He will NEVER love her and she will NEVER meet him.

My mission is to help inform as many women as I can. I did not send him a dime of my money.

Best thing she can do is block him and move on.

Nigerian scammers

This is the exact reason I bait cat fishers and scammers. They prey on vulnerable women that are lonely and looking for attention. Its really hard to say if one has encountered this predator wuth out knowing how she met, facebook, words with friends, instagram or any of the dating websites.

Most nigerians use the same profile photos but use different names and script/occupation. The oil rig seems to be the most widely used as they can execute within 3 weeks that they are crying for money.

Please appeal to you moms sensability. They have no love, and the only love is money and they will find her weaknesses and use it to manipulate until they get her broken down emotionally. Its a huge phenominah that keeps growing because women are feeding these scammers money in record numbers. Its easy money for them because their government does nothing to punish or hold them accountable.

And be cautious for the reverse scam when they come clean and admit they are a scam. Then they are quick to pull at heart strings by saying how poor they are, there are no jobs, no opportunities.

I can guarentee if she continues she will end up hurt by this predator. Maybe show her this website and there are many more for survivers of scammers.

On Utube there are tons of photos of the scammers behind the middle age attractive man. Maybe she will even see him on these photo montages...all the scammers I bait are on dating websites like match, our time, POF and Tinder.
