Charles Hudgens. Claims to be Swiss, living in Houston/Tx. Dead wife Claudia, two grown up children, Paul and Kim (living in Vietnam with husband and son). Very plausible! Last known (alleged) location was a rig in the Gulf of Mexico. Big scam! Asked for 1,150 US $. I didn’t comply!
