We were told all Kirby items were sold in store at bed bath and beyond, which is not true. We were told bags last up to 6 months to a year but we have to change it every couple of weeks. The belts break just as often. The Kirby products to keep the vacuum running are more expensive then they said. The whole product is a scam.
