Started chatting about 6 months ago on Meet up with Australian guy working in California. He got a contract for a company in Turkey. While in Turkey ended up in a car crash. Only uses off shore bank accounts so needed money for broken down machinery paying for wrecked car and to get out of Turkey.

Found out the company Altin Turk was light but the contracts I had were fake, fake passport that I requested and many dollars later. Here I am scammed

Money went thru Nigeria

Man of many names
by: Anonymous

I too was caught with this man. So plausible. He took months to build a relationship with me. Spun a yarn about desperate needing money to pay shipping on a contract that would make him a millionaire. Vile piece of garbage.

Smooth talking charmer
by: Anonymous

Used ‘Sebastian Seifert’ as a name. He phoned me on a few occasions had an American accent or was that technology? Tried to convince me he needed £100,000 to ship scorpion venom from New York to India! He would make 32 million on the deal.

Professed undying love and sent lots of photos to try and hook me in. Very clever. He’s obviously been doing this type of romance fraud for years around the world as he’s definitely looking older on my photos.

Vile man and even sent me messages he had received from my recently deceased sister. He attempted a Skype video call using clever technology but it was obviously fake animation. Can’t bear to think the distress he has put women through and will no doubt continue.

He slipped up badly as he approached me using a different name and bio by mistake. Nothing is too bad to happen to this piece of human garbage.

Alvise Benjamin João
by: Anonymous

I would like to introduce for public another accounts of an already popular scammer. He is using Facebook as Alvise Benjamin João or Ruben Benjamin. He texted my sister pretending to be a Portuguese engineer, that’s working on a sea object for Popular oil company.

Of course everything turns out to be fake and now he is creating a fake Facebook account using my sisters name after she refused to pay him $10000 for my pictures and video. Fretting me that he will post it online and send to all friends.

I would like everyone to know and be careful with this.

Gregory Christopher Wladimich

We matched on Bumble dating site. This guy is a very charming and smooth scammer. His story was similar. A widowed heart-broken engineer from Sweden, moved from California to Aspen, CO (wife cheated on him with his best friend).

And then died in a car crash 4 months later! Father died at age 6 and his mother sent him to the catholic church for education. Raised by a priest. (good morals)

I'm not sure how he mastered the accent. He WAS ALL IN. Except the things didn't smell right with different phone numbers (lost phone) different emails (business and personal).

Luckily I googled this name and found these posts. Dropped contact. So sorry to others being abused emotionally and financially!!!

How does one report scammers? FBI?

What for Alessandra costa
by: Anonymous

Have been talking to this profile picture as it turns out it is a young man by the name of Kelvin, 28 from Africa, and he called himself Alessandro costa from Italy. People have tried to scam me before so all the red flags went up, and he actually confessed to me that he had been doing this for a while but because his life in Africa was so bad he needed money to get.

I told him "do you understand what hurt you leave behind" and he was so sorry and asked if I was going to report him.

Was just glad I found out, people have tried to scam me before so it wasn't as bad as the first time, p.s. they never got a penny.

2 czech's Americans 1Portuguese 1 French and 1African, these sites should be more secure.

Gregor Wladimich
by: Anonymous

I was contacted via dating app by a guy using a different photo with the name Gregory Wladimich. Widower with young son. Swedish, living in California. An engineer. Had a contract for work overseeing fitting of ships engines in Istanbul.

Very convincing, extremely charming. I had no idea about romance scams, so wasn’t at all suspicious until he asked for a very large sum of money to help get equipment out of customs.

It was only then that I did a check on his photos, so many different names used! It was emotionally painful to discover he’d been grooming me for money. However, thank goodness I wasn’t hurt financially

I didn't pay for him then he suddenly changed his attitude. He said " greedy" or "heartless". Don't pay money.

I was scammed and send 1300euro.

Bank Account was 'FELIX PRINCE MABIKA.'

Was on tinder for the first time, and he contacted me, just for two or three weeks, the same history, different name, no time for him to ask me for money.
