Yes i was scammed by a girl in Ghana

She said she had inherited gold bars from her late father. She then tried to fly from Accra to Amsterdam but told me she had been detained by the authorities. They wanted money to release her. It was all a lie and she even involved her brother in the USA to back up her story. It is a very frightening experience

Been in contact with a pretty girl Josephine Tima from Accra but living and working as an interior designer in Kumasi. She is half Ghanian/Filipino, 28-30yrs old, brown eyes and long black hair.
She asked for small amounts of money to get by during the corona pandemic which I did without any issue, which amounted to about 1k in all.

Then one day came the news she had inherited a large amount of gold bullion from her late father. She had all the paperwork ie contracts, deeds of sale, etc and said she would have to have the gold sold to a jeweller in Texas and then have the money $4.7m transferred to an account in the UK, but in order to have all this done she needed €8,500 for the transfer and could I lend it to her.

I said I would see what I could do, and at this point she got anxious and asked what the problem was. At this point I began to smell a rat and looked into this more and realized I was being scammed by this lady I had known for 6 months.

When I said I was contacting the chief of police in Kumasi with all her mail and photos, phone number email address etc she cut off all contact.
She was patient and very good at this and obviously not her first time to con someone.
